Cambridge University Botanic Garden Apple Day
If you find botanic gardens and apples a-peeling, then you will love the region’s largest apple day at the Cambridge University Botanic Garden! The event offers the opportunity to sample over TWO DOZEN delicious local varieties, also available to purchase, in addition to apple cultivation tips and tricks on how to grow the perfect pomme.
Also on offer will be a variety of apple-related activities for the young and young-at-heart, in addition to live music, botanical garden tours, food and craft stalls, as well as local artisan products for sale, including, hedgerow cordials, hand-pressed juices and ciders, fruit-flavoured spirits, specialty teas, chocolates and cheeses!

Undley Pumpkin Patch and Maize Maze
This family fun day out is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year with celebrations bigger than ever before! A day out at the Undley Farm Pumpkin Patch is a great way to ring in the autumn season, with live magic shows, pumpkin carving, bouncy castle, donkey rides, and face painting – the list is endless!
Also new for 2019, to celebrate their 20th anniversary, there is an enormous “Maize Maze”, with the addition of an animal hunt challenge for little ones!
Also on offer are a range of tasty treats including a barbeque, wood-fired pizzas, hog roast, as well as a variety of Halloween and pumpkin-themed desserts, for example, pumpkin pie, Halloween cookies and cake, pumpkin bread and also pumpkin milkshakes!

Black Shuck Ghost Tours of Cambridge
If you want to see a darker side to the historic city of Cambridge, then Black Shuck Ghosts Tours are the group to lead you into the deep unknown, making you question everything you thought you knew about the supernatural.
The Black Shuck group offers three different tours. Firstly, the Haunted Cambridge tour, where you are taken to the city’s sites of ghostly presences and will be entertained with tales and legends of the supernatural, as well as having the opportunity to try ghost photography.
The second tour offered is the Wickedness and Witchcraft tour where you are taken on a bewitching journey of spells, sorcery, and superstition. The third tour is the Colleges and Corpses tour, where you will be taken to sites of grizzly murders, body-snatching, burnings, and burials.

Fireworks and Bonfire Night at Midsummer Common
A yearly highlight for many of the residents of Cambridge and beyond is the fireworks and bonfire night at Midsummer Common. It is one of the most spectacular events of the year, and as a bonus, it is completely free!
One of the city’s longest-running traditions, endorsed by Cambridgeshire County Council, is filled with fun, excitement, and kaleidoscopes of colour. Set up alongside the breathtaking display will be a fairground, as well as a variety of delicious food and drinks stalls, serving tasty local produce and classic barbeque favourites.

Neon Moon's Infamous Halloween Spectacular

Dress up, get down and party with the undead! Neon Moon’s Infamous Halloween Spectacular features circus, cabaret, and burlesque performers, bringing you a sell-out party and night you will never forget!
